Review: Failed components - The idea of this harness is absolutely fantastic however the quality of the plastic clips on the reins is very poor. My 5 year old daughter was wearing this and the plastic clips between the bungee cord and the restraint strap snapped on the mountain. If my older son was not in front of her she would have lost control and been put in a position of danger. I would have thought that the components would have been tested beyond general use on something like this
Review: Fonctionne meme avec des enfants de 3 ans - Je n'ai pas dévalé des fortes pentes avec un petit bout de 3 ans mais quand celui-ci ne voulait plus être tenu par les bras, ce systeme m'a permi de lui faire descendre une piste d''apprentissage en courant derrière, c'est top et pas lourd ni encombrant. Par contre la poignée pour les soulever dans le dos ça ne marche pas terrible avec des petits gabarits en tout cas. Je recommande tout de même car ça va suivre pour des années

**Q: The chest strap on mine has pulled off and i can't get it back on.  has anyone had success doing this?  how do i contact the brand directly?**
A: Hi! Excellent question - This may happen from time to time. You can find a quick how-to tutorial on youtube to reattach the straps. Also please see the video attached that outlines the process of reattaching the chest strap. **Q: Is there a way to store the bungee straps?**
A: Great question. The product comes with a compact mesh drawstring baggy that can be clipped on to the back of the harness when in use :)

**Q: Has anyone used this for hiking with a toddler?**
A: Yes! We’ve used if close to cliff or on an open chairlift. The handle is nice to hold on to, especially on an open chairlift.

**Q: The blue harness shows an eta for delivery of december 24-30, is it really that far out?**

The idea of this harness is absolutely fantastic however the quality of the plastic clips on the reins is very poor. Je n'ai pas dévalé des fortes pentes avec un petit bout de 3 ans mais quand celui-ci ne voulait plus être tenu par les bras, ce systeme m'a permi de lui faire descendre une piste d''apprentissage en courant derrière, c'est top et pas lourd ni encombrant. Par contre la poignée pour les soulever dans le dos ça ne marche pas terrible avec des petits gabarits en tout cas. Je recommande tout de même car ça va suivre pour des années

This was perfect for our 4yr olds first time skiing! We used it to pull her with first on flat ground to help her learn how to stand, and then when she had the hang of that we went up and she went down the mountain like this! The quality was great, and we loved that the straps were adjustable and removable to different places too! It was great quality and worked perfectly for us! For a momma that was a nervous wreck about her falling, and getting hurt, or going to fast down the mountain and crashing into someone/something - I HIGHLY recommend this to anyone with a young kiddo!! It made our trip enjoyable for everyone and even helped our daughter feel safe too!
