It’s ok but the material is a bit hard
Got this to replace one lost from my Opticron binoculars. I am not that keen on the material used, it’s more of a hard plastic than the tacky, flexible rubber type material used by some other makes. Although it fits, I think I could have done with the next size up on my Aurora 10x42. Still, it does the job, arrived there next day and does the job - and the equivalent from some brands is much more expensive. I’ve attached it to my binoculars with a mini lanyard.

superb handling rainguard .
fantastic quality rainguard thats vastly superior to the one supplied with my new Opticron discovery 8x50 binoculars . Even though the stock item does the job its kinda difficult to remove with it being tight fitting rubber , but this deluxe one fits like a dream and is very speedy to remove when you chance upon that elusive sighting . I'd advise anyone buying this model of binoculars to also order this rainguard (45.5mm) at the same time as it makes such a massive difference to the handling . The other thing worth noting is this size also fits the Opticron discovery 8x42's as well , looks like ill be ordering a second one for them now then lol .

Good enough for non-Opticron binocular
Bought these for my Olympus 10x50 DPS bins and they work reasonably well, much better than the single caps I had originally. Can't lose them as they fit on the neck strap, and they pop off in one when needed, so they do the job nicely, though not a "perfect" fit.

Good secure fit and functions well.
This product does what it says it will. Fits nicely on the strap and securely cups the eyepieces. Looks good and allows you to keep the binoculars out and ready for use without worrying about getting dust on the eyepiece lens.Works great when carrying them and they are quickly slipped off ready for use.

Flexkble, good quality.
Just what I needed. Can be attached to neck strap so cannot get lost. Fits my binoculars perfectly and entre is flexible so can open or close binoculars with cover attached.

Cheap and effective
For Nikon bins where the original had failed. This is a better design and might last longer. Despite carefully measuring it was a bit larger than expected so fits the eyepieces loosely but they tension up as the binoculars are folded for replacement into the case

Excellent product at a good price
I recently bought a pair of Nikon Sporter 8x42 binoculars (another excellent product by the way). They come only with single caps for the tops of the lenses. Though they're rainproof I don't want rain drops on the viewing lenses so I looked for a rainguard. The opticron one fits the bill exactly. What's more, the join between the two sides bends so that you don't have that annoying business of always having to adjust the width of your bins whenever you take the rainguard on or off. It's a sturdy plastic which will take knocks -- I sometimes carry a camera as well as bins and though I have the former on a shortened strap and the latter on a longer harness, I do worry about the bottom of the camera coming into contact with the glass of the binoculars.I highly recommend these -- and they come in different diameters so you can buy the one which fits your particular model (just remember to measure it carefully!)

Awesome product
The cap appears to be very sturdy and of good quality. At the same time, it bends smoothly, along the connecting strip. It takes slight effort to put up on my binoculars, i.e. it does just clip on and one needs to bend the soft rubber in, but it snaps off easily when needed. It then hangs without problem from the strap. All in all, a very good product to protect the lens from dust or dirt while keeping one's binoculars at hand.
