Very pleased with the robo on overall basis, it is value for money.Stuff I like:1. Good suction, the hepa filter works well2. I have noticed that since it has a hepa filter it doesn’t let microscopic dust out, so it results in collecting more dust than my bigger Kent vaccum3. Has helped reduce quarrels between me and my husband :) . Considering COVID we didn’t keep a helper and we are just newly married, so we would land up bickering because I would ask him to dirty less and he would ask me to clean less.4. Support is instantly available, no need to even raise a ticket . They are just a phone call away.5. Better accuracy than other robots in the market. The other cheap models have random movement (like a kids remote car banging around), whereas Milagrows base model has S shaped cleaning by default and you can also use wall follow, spiral and manual control.What I dislike:1. 90% accuracy, you have to monitor it around to ensure it has cleaned everywhere2. Sometimes it’s movements are a little unpredictable3. Very bad at dealing with long women’s hair, which gets tangled in its middle brush. So now I use my other vaccum to suck the longer hair out near my dresser and then I start with Milagrow.4. It doesn’t scan and store the map of your house because it lacks lidar.5. Cleaning mops (if u need more than the 2 provided in box) are too costly. So I got the local tailor to stitch me some 10 extra (sorry won’t disclose materials used ) which I laundry end of the week.6. And the mop doesn’t wet adequately in Pune heat, dries faster than it wets so I leave the water filling cap open leading to faster water flow to the mop ( just a trick).P.S. hoping this will last me at least 3 years, I certainly plan to upgrade to their higher models then.

More than the product, I think the service from Milagrow will amaze you. Proactive, prompt & fiendly customer care service will make you feel special. Best product, does its job amazingly. Product is not good but customer service is good. I talked to customer service manager his staff about this product and I returned the product. They refunded my money back. I don’t recommend this robot vacuum cleaner.

I purchased this robot after extensive research about various brands and I write this review after three months of regular usage.Firstly, amongst all the other brands, this dry+ wet cleaning robot is the most friendly on the pocket.The cleaning capacity is really good and it picks up even minute dust which regular brooms are incapable of doing. It picks out dust from thin gaps via it's sleek bristles which is an amazing feature.There is a large storage bin which collects dust- the efficacy is not compromised if the bin is not emptied after every use- as in, it withstands atleast 2-3 usages without compromiseThe hepa filter is an add-on safety measure in this covid time, it is powerful enough to filter the air free of covid particles.The water tank is a good feature, despite it's low volume. Wet mopping is satisfactory.They have provided spare parts for important components as well.They have an extremely friendly customer service- they have allocated a specific person to contact in case of any doubts and queries and she regularly checks up on me to see if the machine is in good condition. So hats off to them for this.Only thing I regret is that there is no memory mapping in this device- but this is easily overcome with the help of the mobile app by which you can remotely control the device.Overall, highly recommend this to everyone during this lockdown time and henceforth, as a safer and better alternative to maids and workers, so as to avoid exposure on both ends .

Does its work, picks up minute particles and unseen dirt which would not be picked up by a broom2. It goes under the bed and furniture like sofa if the height permits.3. Even if u do vacuum you feel the room is clean enough and no need to mopp.4. It has a mopping option where a wet micro fibre cloth just goes over the floor (don't expect the regular mopping) very less water is used. (100 ml water tank doesn't get over for my 2bhk apartment)*Other brands also do the same as per YouTube reviewers*5. It has a app where you get the details of working of the machine with very basic functions. U can use with your smart mobile phone.6. 1 year complete warranty and 5 years motor warranty (most other give only 1 year complete warranty)7. After sales service is prompt and good if u get stuck they help u using video call which I liked very much. (1 reason I bought this brand)*What I din like*1. Sometimes it gets lost while coming back to his charging place or it takes a lot of time to come back.2. It makes a map which area it has covered in the house but no memory of it. It makes rooms of its own not the actual room(will attach pics)3. It doesn't have laser mapping technology (only MI has it in this range) but it has gyro mapping technology.4. You need to remove your foot mats and all loose items like plastic which can get entangled (this will be with all machines I guess)5. Sometimes it misses an area of a room but later it comes and completes.Only once the charge is less it will come back for charging or it will keep on cleaning.6. Once it reaches the charging point don't expect it to go back to work unless you command it. But in one charge my entire 2 bhk gets completed almost 2 times.Overall ratings from my side3.5/5
