Is this kit parts for shoes for 1 drum or 2?

For 2 drums. Also order the 18k14 kit. It replaces the parts for the adjuster.

Doesn't show what size brake drum this kit is for. Need for 1970 Monte Carlo rear top page says it fits. I measure 9-1/2" across inside of drum

This kit fit my 88 S10 with 9 1/2" drums, and these parts are the same on my 78 Firebird with 9 1/2" drums. GM used the same parts for a long time, so if it says it will fit there's a pretty good chance it will. Can't exactly guarantee your application, but I would think that these parts are correct.

1963 ford t bird , why are you listing brake shoe hold down kits ,for rear only ?

Rear brakes have the emergency brake linkages, different setup.
