Josee, the Tiger and the Fish - Blu-ray + DVD + Digital + CD Soundtrack

There are absolutely no complaints about this film. Everything about it was amazing. The story, characters, music, animation, EVERYTHING. Not going to say too much about this so anyone who's looking to get it can experience it for themselves, but anyone who IS wanting to buy definitely should. One of the best romance (and overall) anime films I've ever seen.

Simply put, unless you are looking for faults (and there are admittedly a few), reasons to tear it down, this is a movie that is enlightening and refreshing. Casting and voice acting are excellent (the actress who played Josee is spot on). The artwork is very well done. The beach scenes make me want to hop in the car and head for the sandy beaches along the coast.

I waited two and a half years to see this movie. Because my wife has cerebral palsy, and was of the first generation to live independently outside of institutions, I wanted to see what parallels might be drawn. It did remind me of college when I assisted people with disabilities to swim in a local pool. However, my then future wife never flew out of a runaway wheelchair and into my arms. There is one scene where Josie acted very much like my wife around children.It is a very good coming of age anime that discusses a very real social matter. It also addresses the issue of what can happen when a able-bodied person finds themselves with a disability.The film is a nice introduction to coming of age and slice of life anime. It can be enjoyed by people of all ages. A little bit of language.

Great art and nice animation. Interesting relationships and how people can be bitter in life but tend to find the things that make life enjoyable. Diversity featuring someone who must permanently live with a wheelchair makes for a great story perspective and sheds light on how someone in that situation lives and the struggles we don't know much about if we haven't experienced it ourselves. An excellent slice-of-life anime movie about never giving up and following one's dreams.

This is a very good movie. The only problem I have was when I got the package the case was broken besides that it is a great move I gave it 4 stars because of the case if it was not for the case it would of got 5 stars

This is one of the stories I wish the U.S. Networks over the air, someday. To show the national that. Young Adults and Pre-Adults (15-19) can be viewed more differently that Troublemakers or rebellious. Because the helpers and leaderships are very much not seen in TV today.

I like to look around for good new anime movies and saw a random trailer for Josee and bought it in a whim.My wife and I ended up loving this movie and would suggest it to anyone.

Slice of life anime about hardships of life and overcoming them growing into a young adult, finding love , and being in someone else's shoes so to speak. Perspective and the beauty of compassion, love, friendship , and dreams. Core values
