The lights were a bit of a tangled mess thanks to the sellers diligence in trying to secure the larger stars together and securing the longer hanging small stars, but with a little patience and plenty of space the spread them out across the floor, it didn't take long to get them all sorted. My advice to buyers, remove all elastic bands before attempting to untangle and follow the string from end to end, you will get there and it will be worth it as these lights are really pretty. It's nice to have the remote too, makes it easier for one and off, and the option of either battery or USB power supply is great.

Very pretty, lit up an upstairs window very nicely and the batteries have lasted well

I love these when they were finally up. It took myself an hour to unpack/unravel them. Very hard to put away again so for now they are hanging in my garage.Remote never worked.

Bought 2 sets of these Christmas 2022, after moving house bought this set for Christmas 2023 and they were no where near the quality of ones bought originally.Significant difference in brightness and sturdyness.Despite not being touched or handled they stopped working a few days before Christmas Eve. Went to check for any issues and the wire from the transformer/light selection box to the plug practically fell out of the box and came away like tissue in my hand. Could easily see the shabby attempt at soldering, very bad quality and possibly unsafeVery disappointed , straight to the bin

I was sceptical about these due to the reviews regarding how tangled they were when they arrived. It took me 2 minutes to figure out some wires got stick in the little hooks- which by the way AMAZING feature- and they untangled very easy! Lots of length and fit my full bay window. Look beautiful too. Definitely recommend.

As per other reviews I agree these lights are very nice. Bought this week, I haven't noticed any defects at all, my remote works though havent tested distance, and I use on USB so can't comment on battery powered function. The instructions are very limited but they aren't complicated to use, easy to figure out.This said i bought these because they have a built in timer option, the description doesnt say anything about how the timer works and nor did I spot anything in reviews so I felt this review may be useful.for others like me.The timer function is only available when using remote. Once switched on, you can select how long you would like the lights to remain on (2hr. 4hr, 6hr, 8hr), so acts as a count down timer. Unlike.other light sets ive had, the timer isn't set to a 24 hour period, so will not go into stand by and turn back on for the duration specified e.g. 6hr on,18hr off. The timer is therefore only useful to auto switch off after manually switching them on.Since I wanted to be able to have them auto on at a scheduled time, i tried adding a timer plug (kind of defeating the point of having a light set with built in timer) but unfortunately this doesn't work with these lights as once they switch off, they need to be manually turned back on each time by the remote or using the battery pack.This set of lights are fairly reasonably priced, they look nice and work well, but if you want a built on timer to have then go on and off automatically, this isn't going to work for you. If you don't mind switching on yourself, then no problem here.Hope this helps

These do look great but they came in a tangled mess and the remote control is difficult to open to get a battery in; however it would have all been worth it had the timer been a true timer. These lights won't go on and off when the timer is set. These lights won't timer will just turn them off and then you have to turn them on manually again.

Great Christmas/party lights, fitted our patio doors full width, good value for money.
