Steve Madden Women's Maxima Sneaker

I have 3 pairs of these and have bought both of my granddaughters some. I have gotten more compliments on these sneakers than any I’ve ever owned. They run a little small so size up. I normally wear an 8 1/2 and a 9 was perfect.

The media could not be loaded. I was a little hesitant on figuring out what size to order since I read all the reviews. I took the advice of a gal on YouTube and went to a Steve Madden store to try them on in person. I'm glad I did. I always wear a size 6. Not in these shoes. I wear a 6 1/2. The knit fabric is stretchy which helps getting the shoe on. There is no cut tongue on the shoe, it is a pull on shape, so there was much pulling to get the shoe on. The first 3 times, shoe was real tight yo get on, especially in the toes. After wearing them for 10 minutes a day for a week now, I have found the shoe is stretching and much easier to put on and wear. I measured my foot and other shoes I owned with a tape measure to compare to Steve Maddens fit size in inches. On the Steve Madden site it does not say if the measurements are for the inner sole, or for the whole shoe. Beware of that for shoe sizing. I measured the outside of a size 6.5 for reference. Very grippy soles, I don't see myself slipping in these! Word of advice: if you have wide feet or even average width size up!

I have been searching for this shoe in purple for THREE YEARS! I absolutely love them! The rhinestones on the top of the shoe shine brightly in the sun and does a great job reflecting my personality!

This shoe is very pretty in person. I would give it 5 stars but....It is narrow and fits about a full size too small. I ordered a size 7.5 because I couldn't remember what size I had purchased previously when I purchased them in an actual store. Unfortunately, they don't put the size inside of the shoe....and I didn't read the online reviews first, since my husband and I purchased these shoes before for myself and my daughter.But I will be returning them and I reordered a size 8.5 since they are very narrow, and don't provide alot of wiggle room for your toes. They also don't expand much at the ankle area so they are a bit harder to put on. But that gets better with time and wear.I received the larger size and they fit much better! I do have small, slightly wide feet; and I would also agree with most other purchasers that have written reviews, that no matter what size you wear ....you may want to consider sizing up if you are going to purchase these.I would still recommend them because they do open up slightly once you break them in and they are super cute and adds style to any outfit.

Beautiful shoes, I had no problem with the size at all

After buying myself almost every color I now buy these as gifts. They are super comfortable and stable with a large base. I gave nerve damage so shoes soft and stable are a must. And they are super attractive. Easy to clean. Crystals don’t come off but I always hand wash.

Cute, but run a size small….I returned but haven’t received my money yet?? Buyer beware!
