I was looking to buy a noise-cancelling, wireless heaphone which enabled me to attend my work calls, listen to music and watch videos every now and then. After researching for a bit, I zeroed in on this piece of beauty.Here's my user experience having used it for over 3 weeks now.1. The sound quality is 9/10. The output is well balanced as per my liking.2. Noise-cancellation works really well. It doesn't block out the entire outside noise but does a great job cancelling out the ambient noise in my room, especially the AC humming. I would rate this 9/10!3. The microphone quality is pretty good for calls. The speech as well as any musical instrument sound is transmitted pretty well. I would rate it 8/10!4. The battery life is brilliant. This headphone stays connected to the laptop or my phone for 12-14 hours a day. A full charge easily lasts me 3-4 days of functioning before it needs to be recharged. I would rate it 9.5/10!5. The Bluetooth connectivity is amazing. I could easily move around in my house to the rooms where the WiFi signal struggles to reach, but this headphone stays connected without a drop in the connectivity. I would rate this 9.5/10!6. Lastly, the build quality is quite good. The cushioning of the band above the head is just about right. While, the cushioning of the earmuffs are perfect! They neatly cover my earlobes and doesn't cause too much discomfort when wearing them for long hours. The clamping force is not too tight. The only time I had to move them was to wipe off sweat.In summary, I would recommend this headphone to whoever is looking to buy a noise-cancelling, wireless headphone in under 10k budget. There are other brands available with similar products, but I tend to gravitate towards Sennheisers as this is my 4th Sennheiser product and they usually last quite long, depending on how you use it.

I'm no audiophile, but I have been using products like these for more than 10 years with various products.So take my review with a pinch of salt.•Audio : I had read reviews that it wasn't loud as much, now verified. They sound like good headphones at 70% volume. Using music streaming services like Youtube music and Spotify will give different sound experience for different tracks. But with downloaded songs it was loud and clear, which it should've been like in Youtube music and Spotify. I listen to songs from all genres usually so frequency range is clear but not the BEST!!•Bluetooth Connectivity : No problems here, works as it should - simple and quick.•Noise Cancellation : Feels like it is non-existent, Audio quality lowers when NC is switched on. NC doesn't work like it should, so don't buy these for NC•Build Quality : One of the best, durable and built to last. The earcups are very comfortable and the sliding rails are durable too. Adjust the headphones tighter so it fits snuggly around your ears.•Buttons : No complaints here, but could've divided the buttons to the left earcup too. You'll get used to it quickly.•AUX : works good, immediately when AUX cable is plugged in, it switches to AUX mode. Requires the headphone to be on.Overall as a package it is Good but could've been the best if Audio was a little louder and Noise Cancellation was a little better. Costing Rs.8990/- it is a lot on the expensive side and seems best if purchased at less than Rs.7k. But options are a lot less for wireless headphones at this price range. Use downloaded songs in MP3 player app for best music quality.

The product is worth its price. I used it for a little less than two years before encountering an issue with the headphones, which made them unusable. I then claimed the warranty, and a replacement was provided. Apart from this, the product has consistently delivered good sound quality, effective noise cancellation, and reliable features

I have know Sennheiser for a long time. It's known for it's built quality and it's awesome sound with the features. But I was kind of disappointed when I brought the below invoiced headphones for my office purpose. As the description states it's a noise cancelling headphones with mic but it does the opposite job while I use for meeting purpose. The voice passed through the headphones are not clear to the reciver person on the call and it also adds the surrounding noise to my headphones while using. Also when I connect the headphones to my device I hear a weird noise like radio frequency buzzing in my ears and it's annoying.

The product is worth the money, I had used it for a little less than 2 years and I had a problem with the headphone due to which I wasn't able to use it. So I claimed the warranty available for the product and I was given a new headphone. Otherwise the sound quality, noise cancellation and other features are good to go.
