At 16p/gummy these are really not badly priced, although they could include a higher dosage of D3. They are an easy way to get what I would consider to be 'the absolute minimum' dosage of vitamin D3 that you should take each day, but to get that you do have to take two gummies For my girlfriend who doesn't like to take supplements, but loves gummy sweets, these are perfect, as they don't seem like supplements at all. The taste is pretty good, and actually so good that these are her favourite. The packaging seems good, and is recyclable and made from recycled plastic. For this cost I will buy more when we run out so I can keep my girlfriend topped up with some good nutrients, and we'd recommend them if you'd rather eat sweets than pills.

I work shifts and don't see much sunshine so vitamin D supplements are an essential for me, particularly in the winter months. I prefer the gummies because the tablets and capsules also seem to be massive and hard to swallow. These have a nice natural strawberry taste, no unpleasant synthetic aftertaste. They are soft and easy to chew due to the lack of gelatin. But why two gummies to get the 1'000iu daily dose? other brands I have used it's one gummy per day, so one pot of 60 is a two month supply.....this is only one month supply. £9.99 at time of ordering. If this was a two month supply I wouldn't have a problem with the price but when it's easy to find a similar gummy product (also vegan friendly) for the same price and quantity in a pot, this seems overpriced.
