Love it!
If you have a SwitchVox and are on Polycom hell... Get these phones. We switched back from using VOIP provider and our Polycom 450's 560's and I got 3 of the D70'sstill using Polycom for tech's but will phase them out. This is the best phone to work with Asterisk.. because they made it and .. probably stopped trying to supportany other phone as well. But it does do a nice job and dead easy to configure to use ... plug it in and assign an extensionBLF are great and speed dials appreciated.

Sent wrong item. This listing shows model # 1TELD070LF and English text keys. What I got was 1TELD071LF with icon keys. Normally not a huge deal but I need to match the existing phones, it would be too confusing to have one office with different phones.

Best phone to use with Digium Switchvox
Great phone, sidecar is built in and can hundreds of contacts stored in pages. Supports accessory headset via dedicated port and button and also works with electronic hook switch such as the Plantronics App5. I use this phone with the Digium Switchvox phone system, probably the best feature and cost PBX on the market. This phone is great for an executive or operator that needs to handle a lot of calls and do so swiftly.

Stay Away from Digium Phones
I purchased the D70 Digium phone in 2012. The firmware was full of bugs. I was unable to get the BLF keys to work at all. I contacted Cody Stewart at Digium who told me that I should be able to access those keys from the web GUI in a future firmware release. I put the phone away in the box for a couple of months. The reason I bought the phone in the first place was to see the status of other lines and since these keys were not working, the phone was no good to me. Two times I upgraded the firmware. I never found the new firmware to be any different. I could not control the BLF keys from the phone web GUI. I paid $360 Canadian for this phone. Over the weekend, I decided to see if the latest firmware would get this phone working. I noticed that I was several firmware releases behind. I tried to install the latest firmware only to get an error telling me the firmware encountered a problem. I thought maybe I needed to upgrade incrementally instead of going to the latest version. It did not matter which firmware I chose from the Digium site, none of them worked. I sent a request off to Digium Technical Support about all of this. I explained to them that this phone never worked and now it won't allow firmware upgrades. This is the reply I got from them:Hello,It appears your warranty on the phone has expired.I do apologize.BrettDigium, Inc. | Technical SupportDSSE | DCAA9115 Brown Deer Road - San Diego, CA 92121-USAUS Toll Free: 1-888-881-3560ref:_00D306mPe._50080dCrT6:refThere you have it. I spent so much money and time on this phone and never received an ounce of help from the supplier and then after keying in all of the problems I've had I get back a short snippet like this. I'm sure they enjoyed the money I sent them and now I'm treated like a sucker. The phone NEVER worked. The firmware for the phone has been riddled with bugs. The attitude of the support people is - TOUGH. I'm so sick and tired of dirty business practices like this.BUYER BEWARE.

This wonderful phone (with text labels) has been discontinued...
Edit: This product is the ICON version, not the English text version. Image is attached of the Icon feature key version, which is what you'll get if you order this product.===We own 71 of these Digium D70 phones with English text labels (not icons). We LOVE them. This phone is wonderful and meshes very well with our Asterisk phone system. We use them in five offices for 60+ staff and guests. It'd be hard to be happier, honestly. But apparently Digium has discontinued the this English label version (1TELD070LF) in favor of the icon label version (1TELD071LF). Those icon labels are impossible to understand without help. It's absolute insanity that they've chosen to discontinue the English text label version. I guess we need to buy up every 1TELD070LF we can find? We're so bummed that this wonderful phone has been discontinued. We really don't want the iconized version. No one likes the icons.
