I could check in on my new puppy from wherever I was. I had to keep pairing it as it unlinked after a certain length of time but then it became impossible to pair with the app on my phone, whichever way I tried to do it. It’s a shame because it worked so well to begin with 😐Amended review:-I had amazing support from Victure and instructed how to successfully pair the camera to my phone again 😊. Got the camera on 28/13/21 and have reset it countless times. I have fibre broadband installed and the router is less than 2 meters away from the camera unit but it keeps loosing WiFi connection. The USB plug adapter is faulty and does not give out the required amp's. I tested it myself and have some knowledge of the electrical field as I am an electrical engineer. Also the micro usb socket on the camera is loose so the cable looses contact if you decided to pan the camera round. Also when using the app to pan the camera round the left and right controls make the camera move in the opposite way. When I was able to receive a picture it was actually of decent quality which did surprise me and the night vision is clear too. The talk back facility is however not that great as the microphone on the camera cannot pick up all the sound and the speaker is to be fair weak and crackly.In short the camera has only worked for 1 day semi reliably and then has been a complete disaster for the remainder of the time in my house.
