Worthwhile
Like some of the other reviewers, I have 25 or more sprinkler heads as well. Most are situate around the perimeter of the lawn. Accordingly, rather than run my 1,000 pound zero turn mower over those heads, I use a light push rotary mower along the edge. But it‘s the five sprinkler heads in the middle of the big areas of the lawn that are susceptible to being run over and broken by the big mower. But not now. The fact that these collars are bright in color and big is an advantage for being able to see them from the seat of the tractor such that you can steer around them. Good solution. You‘ll need WD-40 to separate the collars as delivered.

TIRED OF YOUR LAWN GUYS BREAKING YOUR SPRINKLER HEADS?
The media could not be loaded. This is the best yard invention of all time! If you’re tired of your lawn guys, husbands, sons or whomever breaking your sprinkler heads, click the number that you need, add them to your cart, and purchase these grassholes quick, fast and in a hurry! These plastic disc-like donuts are so easy to install. Simply turn on your sprinklers for about five minutes on each zone to soak the ground! As the zone cuts off then you move in and start inserting. Take a garden trowel and dig or stab the grass in a circle around the sprinkler head. Next, insert the grasshole into indented grass and take your foot and press down to the desired depth! That’s it! They fit snug like a glove! You also can take some needle nose pliers or vice grips and bend them until they break to take on the shape of a corner or angle! These grassholes can take lawn mower and foot abuse. They’re identifiers of where your sprinkler heads are located in your yard! This puts an end to buried sprinkler heads being broken because they’re unseen. Grassholes are built to endure heavy traffic, protecting your sprinkler heads for years to come! I think the price is phenomenal compared to paying a sprinkler or plumbing company to fix pipes or sprinklers several times a year! The service fees alone add up to the price of these grassholes if not more! This is a no-brainer for anyone who owns a sprinkler system! Have you purchased them yet? What are you waiting on? I’m telling y’all….I’m Texan……they’re worth every penny! Ok bye y’all!

Great in the Garden
I live in both states: KY and FL. The ground is much harder in KY and my fear is if installed in the yard itself, the plastic could break with the lawn service. So I made sure to put these in my garden area where a mower doesn't go. EZ to step on and install just like the YOU TUBE video showed . . . I just don't think appropriate for a yard in KY. And FL most definitely needs the cement donut holes which I already have installed there.

Excellent Product
This is an excellent product! Installation is easy and they look great. I always hate trying to find my sprinkler locations when I want to check them or change their filter. These put an end to that misery. Next time, I'll easily get to every sprinkler. Just as important - Thank you to the Veterans who make these, I am very happy to support you.

Ķind of disappointed
Your paying top dollar, but the quality doesn't seem there. I dug around my sprinkler head then inserted the product. I had seen where they just step on it to set it in, so I lightly pushed on it. I then noticed that one of the areas you can cut was starting to bend slightly and I was afraid it would crack in that area so I removed the unit, took out more dirt to level it better to avoid it from cracking. If this happens with light foot pressure, what would happen if a riding mower goes over it?I love the idea it's a small veterans business, but have reserved buying more to see if the present ones hold up.

Grasshole - Not Your Average Plastic Donut
The media could not be loaded. I am in process of overhauling my parents home sprinkler system and came across a few sprinkler heads that were buried under 2+ inches of dirt and or had been plowed down by a vehicle “backing” out of the driveway. My Dad, who was in his in mid 70s had given up on the sprinkler system and returned to the old school way of watering the yard - hand holding a garden hose. (Nothing wrong with that! 😙)Since his passing, I decided to bring things back up to speed and try to repair. I tried the other name brand donuts and still have them in place but they sure are a pain when I have to adjust a sprinkler head IF I installed it under the screw cap rather than just lay it over the device. If you lay the other brand over the sprinkler-in no time it eventually becomes uneven and if you don’t make it a habit to check your sprinklers before you kick them off during a watering session and or have them on a program to run… you may have one or two having some of the water streams being somewhat blocked because of the position of that donut. The Grasshole donut does not require you to install it under the sprinkler head rather it’s installed around it - protecting the entire unit. It’s wonderful! Already has saved a sprinkler head from a Nissan tire! 😂Super easy to install. If you need to reset it that’s easy too. It’s even stood up against the lawnmower… and yes, I did test that. I ordered the green color and so far no fading. (I live in TX.) Performance wise they have so far been great. On a side note; my Dad was a Veteran and this company is 100% owned by a Veteran and they support several other Veteran organizations too. I dig that.

Not perfect, but better than others
I solid solution for easily protecting a sprinkler head. Easy to install; I have not tried to use the perforated lines to edge it near a driveway or landscape obstacle. Those lines to get a bit flimsy. I wish they made a version for out in the open with no scored lines. I would buy again if I needed, though wish they were a bit less expensive.
