It's possible to use finger ease spray or lemon oil after applying the stickers. No adhesive will be left behind after you peel off the sticker.

They really pop against the teal background. The decals are easy to apply and they stay put. I don't know anything about removing them because I haven't needed to remove any and don't intend too. They are a little smaller than I expected, but measurements are included in the description. But I am still extremely happy with my purchase. I have a 70 year old Gibson that belonged to my dad. I plan to add inlay decals to it once I get it restrung and cleaned up. So I will be making another purchase in a design soon.
