can I make .125" joints with this kit?

It does not come with a .125 spacer but you could make one. It could be made of metal or hardwood perhaps and you would have to find a .125 upward spiral milling bit. Do not use a rabbiting bit.

Is there any horizontal adjustment to make the tongues wider or narrower

The jig comes with 3 keys: 1/4, 3/8, and 1/2 inch. You can probably fabricate other sizes in between, but the jig is not big enough to accommodate much lager keys. They have another jig for that.

This picture doesn't match the one on rockler's site -- is this an older version? which one will i receive if i order it?

They only make two models, this one and the XL version which also does 3/4 cuts. There is no 'older' model.

I have a milling table and the distance from the strawberry to the rail where the rockler box joint is squeezed is 13.5 cm. would it be worth my table
