For those saying it’s not tempered glass, that’s simply not true. The flat face is tempered glass and then has a black border (which does NOT block the screen) as it transitions to a plastic protective body.HOWEVER the reason I did not give this 5 stars is because one of the cool parts (and highly advertised) about the Series 7 Apple Watch is the edge view of the screen… and this case does eliminate that. See my pics of with and without the case from both the top view and side view. If this doesn’t bother you, definitely get this case. But if it does bother you, go for a TPU screen cover.

Description says tempered glass but it isn’t. Not sure if to keep it only because the rest out there right now is plastic as well. Arrived today and will look around. If I can’t find something other than plastic, I will keep only because I prefer to have a case than no case at all. If I find something better, I will be returning it tomorrow.Edit: returned. Couldn’t get over the thin plastic material that’s supposed to cover the screen.

I've always used a case with tempered glass on all my devices including Apple Watch and iPhones. They are always super clear, no marks or scratches. This one does not look clean at all. Ton's of micro scratches and scuffs that make me believe it is plastic, not glass.Also the bumper itself is not matte like the pictures would lead you to believe. It's very shiny and honestly looks very cheap. I'm not sure if the new curved display design is making it harder for 3rd party vendors, but the lack of options on Amazon is disappointing.Skip this product in my opinion.

I have purchased several covers for prior Apple watches. Most have a matte look and feel. This cover looks shiny, plastic, and cheap. It does the job, but I’ll be looking for something else.

This case is one of the best I’ve come across so far. Plastic around it feels sturdy and not cheap at all. The glass is definitely glass as my second case came already chipped. Certainly is tempered otherwise it wouldn’t chip in that fashion. Don’t see a way to reach out to customer support but please send a new undamaged case and I will gladly update this to 5 stars. It’s just extremely distracting on such a small device. Otherwise fantastic. Yes it can fog up, but I wear glasses so I guess i’m just used to this phenomena. Sensitivity is not an issue and everything moves fluidly if anything the operating system impedes itself from time to time. I also look at my watch like a normal person, head on, so the edge display going away doesn’t really bother me at all and with any case or bumper that’s going to go away regardless. There aren’t a lot of cases out there right now made specifically for the 41mm series 7 so I am pleased I found one that’s worth the money.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  This case will save you next year when the new square shaped apple watch come out and you want to trade in.So whats wrong with this case?Well theres no back protections which is rare to find with back guards, also the the screen protector isnt tempered glass is plexi and a poor one at that. This protector does not look good with standard apple watch bands but with the metal band i ordered off amazon its decent its does what it needs to do.

Along with many other reviews, I’m here to confirm this is not tempered glass. It’s very much plastic, and not very sturdy plastic at that. After 1 week, I have a huge crack in the screen protector and I didn’t hit or bang it on anything. Also, the case fogs up super easily and cannot be worn in the shower or come into contact with water period. Even washing dishes I had to remove the case to clear out all the water and fog inside. I would not purchase this item again.

The material is very cheap looking plastic, and the screen is thin cheap plastic too. It covers the edges of the 7 series watch, so you cannot see text or contour face at 90 degrees, or even close to 90 degrees. Definitely not worth it.
