I love this polish and will continue to purchase it! I've tried it with white and black base coats as well as on its own. Black works best in my opinion, which is what I have in the picture; 1 coat of basic black and 1 coat of this polish. The picture does not do it justice. The colors change with different light. It's green most of the time but I have seen purple, red, blue and even a mix of all of them at times. It's such a cool effect!

The media could not be loaded. Here it is over a pink base color. After curing the base color, I applied a thin layer of the rainbow cateye, cured that, and then applied a pretty thick layer of the rainbow cateye and used my magnet (the magnet I used was purchased elsewhere) it seems to have a more dramatic effect when you use a thicker layer with the magnet. Recommend trying on a few practice nails first to get an idea of what effect you want with your magnet.

I think this gel needs a stronger magnet than is provided bc I had an incredibly hard time getting good results. I found that it leaves a noticeable gray cast over your base polish which I didn’t like and I could only see the rainbow effect in high flash or direct bright sunlight. It is very thick gel as well.

I played with almost half the bottle of product and never did achieve the rainbow effect like in the product pictures. Even watched a bunch of videos thinking I was missing something about how to bring out the linear holo. Not nearly as much holo cat's eye particles as in the demo video. Sort of holo, ( just not linear holo) cat's eye effect. might work ok for a galaxy type nail design.

so i know a lot of reviews said the product was super thick but from my experience, nail polish that you order online needs to “temper” for about 24hrs before use so that’s what i did along with sticking it in a small cup of warm water for about 5 minutes before using it. may or may not work for you but seems to work for me. these are based off some instructions i got from a friendnow onto the actual product. in the bottle it looks extremely silver so i was worried that it’ll completely cover my base polish but it’s just the holo particles itself, not the gel. the magnet is quite strong as well. i should’ve put two coats for a more pronounced effect but overall i quite like how it looks. especially in direct light

I have other cat eye polishes but wanted one I could use over any color. I’ve only used it once and put it over a purple jelly polish and I think it turned out beautiful. I can’t wait to try it over other colors. From other reviews I was concerned that the magnet that came with it wouldn’t work well but that’s what I used and it worked fine but I may try one of my stronger magnets next time. I would definitely buy again

This is probably the most beautiful nail polish I’ve ever seen. The colour is gorgeous and I’m honestly just gobsmacked by how vibrant it is. Very easy to use except the magnet does move it very fast but all I can say is wow… 100% would recommend this. Great value for money. I would absolutely buy this again, just need to wait and see if it lasts well at the farm with my horses.

Supposed to be rainbow magnetic polish. No colours at all just a hint of a shimmer. Don’t waste your time
