Thin, like you need with a bridge!
Was very happy to finally find these THIN threaders. Other brands I ordered are thicker and difficult, painful to use with my bridge. But these are nice and thin, the same as what my dentist had given me a sample of, so I'm happy with these.

If you are like me and have a lot of dental work, these threaders allow you to floss all those hard-to-reach places. As someone who sews, I'm going to try to use one to thread a needle :) LOL I bet it would work! The dispenser is awful and I've dumped the whole pkg on the floor more than once. I got a nice acrylic lidded container to store them in which solved the problem :)
