After replacement with this filter, no more complaints. :). I was leary to buy these because they were so inexpensive, but activated carbon is used in the expensive ones too.

Why do I hear vibration noise after installing new filter?

I think I understand what you're talking about. While I wouldn't have described it as a vibration, I did hear some noise briefly after I installed the new filter. Until the new filter is installed, it's filled with air. After installing and beginning use, I hear a bit of noise for a while as water enters the filter and pushes air through the tubing. I found that after a few uses, the air was completely displaced and there was no further noise while using it. If the sound or "vibration" continues for an extended period of time, I would check the filter seal, ensuring that it is fully seated. An inadequate seal between the filter and the mounting flange might allow air to enter the filter during use, thereby causing the noise you describe.
