Unable to return a defective item.
Your portal / site refused and did not respond to my request to return the defective piece. Made about 10 requests without getting a response. Out of frustration I requested for a replacement, it immediately responded for it. Feel cheated by your unprofessional manipulation, As I have already purchased a similar product. Still Would love to return this item, if possible. Thanks.

After 8 years my existing cameras were failing. I tried one of these and found the colors vivid and night vision was good. Price was also fair. So I began replacing all my cameras with these So far images are cleaner and clearer than before.
