There are too many variables to answer this definitively - ie. is fast boot enabled in the BIOS? What type (PCIE 3/4/5), brand (eg. WD, Samsung) of NVME drive, how fast of a CPU, etc. - any answer other than Depends on... would be not applicable. It's fast though... if you are building for the first time, or if you haven't built a tower in 7 years as in my case, it was a new, great, experience.
