Just a photo of a mock plaque, not a painted plaque.
I'm very disappointed that i didn't read all the confusing fine print on this. It's just a mocked up photograph of a painted wood plaque that you need to put in a frame. It's not a plaque and way to cheesy in quality for the price they charged. It's obviously not even a real photo - it's just made to look like it's real from a distance. But up close its obviously photoshopped to look antiqued. Beware of this seller.

Read the fine print: You are getting a photo reprint
Be sure to read the fine print - you are paying $13 for a photograph reprint on Fujicolor paper. The quality is high for a photo reprint - but the price is high too. I'm not overwhelmed but not underwhelmed either, so this gets a middle of the road "Just OK" review from me.
