Sandpaper Numerals

They are exactly as expected. A great way to train students in numeral formation. Creates muscle memory with low pressure. If you have a child who gets very upset when making a mistake, they don’t feel the frustration when there are no markings to erase, they are happy to begin again.My child who is very sensitive does not like the sandpaper, but the others do.

Great alternative to the traditional sand paper numbers. They are sturdy enough that they will last for my one student. Happy with the purchase.

My 6-year-old is plagued with reversals when writing numbers, so I searched for sandpaper numbers to help her when we practice writing. These sandpiper numbers are terrific. They're made from thick cardboard and stand up to her play and use (though I would not recommend them for kids under 5).However. I was able to purchase a full set of upper- and lowercase letters for just a few dollars more than I paid for these 10 numerals. I think they're very overpriced, but I couldn't find any other sandpaper numbers options. I needed them, so I paid the $16, but I still think it's a ridiculous price.

A little small but good product overall

I have a student in my classroom who needs some fine tuning with his motor skills as well as number recognition and formation. I considered making something like this myself when I couldn't find such a product at the local teacher supply store...but alas....this amazing item was available for a fair price. I would definitely buy this product again, and am sure I'll find other uses for these numerals in the future. The tactile experience has been wonderful for my student though. I saved a TON of time buying this as opposed to trying to make them myself! They're sturdy and durable---I expect them to last a long time.

My five year old was having a hard time getting all of his letters and numbers facing the right way. I decided to try this montessori tool and it has worked wonders for him! When he sits down to his homework, he writes. Each time he writes the letter or number backwards, we pause and finger trace the sand paper cards. Then he rewrites it and gets it correctly on paper. Within 2 weeks, have seen dramatic improvement. Highly recommend!

Product look neat and nice. But corners and edges may peel or get damaged when using it. If you are using this with younger ones, they may bend them. So I wish the number card was bit more thicker. If not product is attractive.

The quality is ok and the size is good (poker card size) with big numbers. Beware that it does not have the 0 and only has 9 cards, not 10 as indicated on the box.It could just be mine was defective product as I don't see anyone else mentioning this
