Interested in the review about Alfalfa Mosaic Virus, it seems to just indicate that the leaves are yellowing due to the plants being organic and is not transferable to humans. This alters the food and has a natural bitter taste which is fine. The serving is like 1/3 teaspoon, but as a vegan I don't have trouble with 1 heaping teaspoon. Then if I eat Alfalfa Sprouts I skip this. This is fine uncooked with no dirt or sand which I find here and there in companies I never bought from before. The salt level must be brought down just like when I add wheatgrass juice powder. Eating a lot of Black Beans too mainly I am on the watch for gas or signs of too much fiber. There are no listed vitamins or minerals maybe due to the differing soil content? This is lower importance to wheatgrass, but it is up there with the healthier foods. I prepare a lot of deep greens like this which are known for Vitamin K which helps blood clot. Someone here fell and cut open their head badly and oddly there was no blood and they were able to get sewn up fine, it was the worst wound I ever saw. Feelings after adding this are increased strength and a propensity to work and excercise, feels like muscles don't break down as bad or feel worn out so much.

I lost a bunch of weight in a short amount of time and needed some get back. Did some research on this powder and let me tell u.. 2 weeks and my weight was back. I put it in my oatmeal w peanut butter in the morning and in my protein shake after the gym.

Use a lot

Product received was very fresh and fragrant. It smells like freshly cut, baled and cured alfalfa in a high-end stable. It has a sweet, grassy taste that I find pleasant. I was able to pack approximately 750mg in 000 size capsules for portability. When at home I put it in green smoothies along with wheat grass and kale. Alfalfa keeps my livestock healthy and keeps their coats shiny. I'm hoping it does the same for me. It is a superfood packed with nutrition and after just three days of use I do feel a difference, especially in my digestive tract.
