LP includes two 180-gram vinyl With its title a quotation of Jesus from the gospel of Matthew, this is quite possibly the most well-known album with "Satan" in the title, all due respect to the Louvin Brothers. Recorded on the stairway of Jack White's home in the Indian Village neighborhood of Detroit, this album features marimba, tympani, mandolin and bells, as well as the usual guitar and drums and piano. Described by someone as an "oddball masterpiece," it was not commercially released on vinyl until ten years after its initial release. Vinyl Version is a Fail
Outstanding album. Unfortunately, after 2 attempts with the vinyl version, I gave up. First one has a deep half inch scratch across the first song on side 1 and 2. The replacement has no scratch but was warped. (I have albums that are 50 years old that are in better condition then the two new albums I ordered.) I have ordered records directly from Third Man Records and all have been in great condition. So, not sure where the quality control issue is. But, if you want the vinyl version of this album, do not buy it from this seller. Amazon customer service is excellent. So, able to return defective vinyl with no issues. But, annoying and sad that I had to.

Tonal sehr ehrliches Album.
Fürich eines der besten Alben. In der CD- Variante fehlt es etwas an Lebendigkeit aber die Ortung und tonale Wiedergabe ist sehr präzise. Die Vinyl-Variante wurd ebenfalls noch erworben. Für mich auch eine der besten Test-CD's für Hifi-Anlagen. Dieses Album zeigt gnadenlos, was der Raum und die Anlage kann. Gute Produktion, die sehr ehrlich mit den Sängern und den Instrumenten umgeht.
