What is the proper way to use this? It didn't come with instructions. Do I soak it in water and then put it on top of the food, worms, and bedding?

No you do not soak it in water. Just cover your worms and everything with it. I had to cut mine to size as it was bigger then my farm. Go on line and look for a u tube video to help you figure it and your farm out

Where is the Jute grown? is it organic? where are the worm blankets manufactured?
