Perfect if you just want a "hint" of flavor in your water!
I could not believe the negative reviews from (expletive deleted) people confusing this product for "vape juice". Nothing in the description should lead anyone to think that this is what it's for. I enjoy Hint water and flavored seltzer but could not justify not only the cost, but all of the bottles and cans. Now I just flavor my tap water (and sometimes regular seltzer) with this, and it's just as good, with much less waste.

Ok, but there is better (for beverage use)
I purchased three different watermelon fragrances in an effort to fabricate a home-made flavored water drink: This one (Capella), the LorAnn Oils product, and the Monin Watermelon Flavor Concentrate. I'm essentially attempting to reproduce the Bai Watermelon drink, so I can both cut my Bai cost and cut my plastic use.My comments on the three are as follows - listed best-to-worst, for a beverage use:- Monin. The flavor of the Monin is quite accurate to the real thing (Watermelon), and to the the Bai beverage. It was easily the best of the three. A big side-benefit: It comes in a large bottle, and I think will be much more economical to use as a daily beverage flavoring.- Capella. The Capella flavor was a good second, but still tastes just a *smidgen* artificial. It's an okay 2nd place, but just ok. It's also a small bottle from which you drip drops. It takes less *volume* than the Monin by far. (16 drops, vs. the 2 oz of Monin). Nonetheless, I think the Monin will be a better value over constant use. I'll finish using the vial I ordered of this, but not re-order.- LorAnn. STAY AWAY. This smells more like a ladies perfume - both standalone and when used in a beverage. It had that overly-floral, highly-chemistry-based taste that I associate with artificial flavorings. I tried it once, and threw it away. I cannot imagine ANY edible thing where you'd want to use this flavoring - beverage, baked, or otherwise.Hope this is helpful. I'll cross-post to the other two products.

It doesn't taste like watermelon, it's complicated.
As a watermelon enthusiast, I understand that nothing you purchase in a bottle is going to taste like real watermelon. It boils down to which is your favorite artificial flavoring... Unfortunately, this product's attempt at watermelon flavor is a disaster. It has a perfumey berry aroma and taste. They could have easily labeled it as blueberry or raspberry... Keep looking if you want something that even somewhat resembles watermelon.

Great For BAKING; Not for Vaping
I have used Watermelon Capella Flavoring to make amazing home-made ices, ice cream and hard candies. They are SO good! I am also thinking about making frosting with it. The possibilities are endless. But I see other reviews about using it to create something called e-juice for vaping...?, with complaints. I don't know anything about vaping or making flavored vaping. But I know if I buy a mitten and try to use it as a shoe, it probably won't work. This is a baking product, intended to be used in a recipe. It will never taste right without sugar.

IT WAS EXPIRED!
I know this is meant for flavoring drinks but I thought to try it with my vape pen because it was cheap and I thought why not try it anyways. So when I tried it for the first time, I thought It was a little bland at first and that it also kinda tastes like bubble gum too. A little later, I reallized it was expired! The expire date was 08/09/17! I guess It's good for vaping but it's just not as strong of a taste that you might get from e-juices that are meant for vaping.

Subtle flavor
Wasn’t as strong a flavor but it was doable.
