It might be more expensive than a lot of other mounts but you'll understand why when you see this thing in person. I wasn't happy about the way the finish looks because it looks like old worn out plastic, but I believe that's just how the composite material looks. Other than that, I have zero complaints. Everything from the sturdiness to the ease of mounting onto your bars and your phone onto the mount is simple. No tools required, just clamp the mount on to your bars and twist the wing nut. Placing your phone into the holder is a breeze even with gloves on and the tether gives you extra piece of mind. Honestly, the tether isn't really necessary though. I have another xgrip mount on my MT09. I've gone over 120 mph with my phone mounted vertically with not fairings or windscreen shielding it from the wind and with no tether and it's never fallen out. I bought this mount for my dirt bike and I like this tough claw mount 1000x's more than the u-bolt mount I have on my MT09. I liked it so much I bought a second one to replace the other one on the MT09. This particular mount is not accessory compatible meaning that you can't attach other ram accessories like arms and extensions to it. It's not a con to me since I just want to clamp it to the center of my bars and I don't need to angle it in any particular way. You can still adjust the angle, but not nearly as much as if you have the extension arm. Also, I was worried that there wasn't a locking wing nut behind the Xgrip to lock it into position but after using it on my dirt bike and riding through trails, stairs and some small jumps the Xgrip hasn't moved out of place. Even with my huge Note 20 Ultra with a thick Unicorn beetle case on it. If you need the ability to angle your phone in a certain way due to the shape or the lack of real estate of your bars, you can buy the tough claw separately along with the arm extensions and the corresponding mounts. I bought another tough claw with an arm extension and a camera mount with a 1/4" thread so I could mount my insta360 camera to my bars. It's so easy to put on and take off that I decided not to buy a second one for my other motorcycle since it literally takes seconds to remove and install from one bike to another. Honestly, I don't think I'll ever buy a different mount again. I'm sticking with ram mounts for all my future bikes/motorcycles.

Bought the Lg size Ram mount in Sept of 2018. Had it on 2 Harleys and then a BMW 1250 GS. It finally broke after 6 years. The area where screws hold down the spring plate broke off (while showing a fellow biker how good the mount has been.) Oh well. It worked good enough to have just ordered a new one. The handle bar mount is solid, no slipping. It fits my Iphone and Otterbox with room to spare. Never had any vibration or slippage issues. Does take two hands to install phone into cradle. Good product.

This is the only mount I trust for my phone. Mounts quickly and the phone can be locked in or removed easily and quickly. Also doesn’t require some extra phone case or accessories. Has a rubber piece that wraps around your phone for added security, but you almost never need it unless going off road or really high speed. Also doesn’t damage the bike at thanks to the rubber lining the clamp. It’s a little expensive but I still highly recommend. One of mine was stolen along with my old bike and this was one of the first things I reordered.

The mount itself is very sturdy and keeps my phone in place even at 50mph on bumpy roads. The rubber piece that's supposed to serve as an extra layer of protection is totally useless though: the top two corner straps broke while I was trying to attach them for the first time. I'm very unimpressed with that part, but the rest of the mount is solid. Holds a Moto G6 with a small case and pop socket perfectly. I have it secured to my '09 KLX250S with a stock handlebar.

I've had this cell phone holder for my iPhone 11 for 2 months now and very happy with the purchase. Very easy to install and remove from the handlebar. Also easy to place and remove iPhone from the holder. I use the included rubber frame holder for added security when traveling. The backing on the holder is a soft plastic that holds the phone in place to eliminate sliding. Also, the inside of the clamp has a rubber seal to secure to handlebar tightly and eliminates the potential for scratching the hard coat. One slight improvement would be to allow tension tightening of the ball and socket but I have not had issues of it loosening up. I'm very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend it.

I recently bought a new phone and my old phone mount was too small so I ended up purchasing this phone mount and I'm happy with this product, I'm able to mount my big phone and tried other things like a Garmin gps so to make sure it would hold different sized devices, the clamp that mounts to the handlebars is easy to install on your bike and easy to remove, I also tested how sturdy it is by taking my bike off jumps, hitting potholes in NYC, riding on the highway at 67 mph, and doing alot of wheelies and the phone mount doesn't move or bounce around, my friend also purchased one and bought different kinds of mounting accessories as well from clamps to suction cups for when he uses it in the car. I love using this mount to use the gps or when I'm out doing Uber eats deliveries. Definitely worth the money and I couldn't be more happier.

Lost my old one during a move and had to grab another for my new bike. Nothing compares when you're cruising fast. Holds my phone tight, even on rough roads. Easy to mount and rock solid. I wish they were a little less expensive but worth the investment. Adjusts well to the angle you want.

I've been using this for my iphone 15 pro for a couple months. Yesterday on the highway, the two right rubber grips slipped and my phone flew off on the highway and was destroyed. I just paid that phone off. Had to spend almost $700 on a replacement today. When I received this product I applied the glue for each of the four grips.

I am using this product for one year, it works well and is very sturdy, my phone never fell down.
