1.5 Liter Reserve Fuel Gas Bottle For Motorcycle, ATV, liquid Camp Stove, Blue Ribbon Design

Light enough to throw in a backpack but sturdy to take a beating. No leaks here.

I would like to see a pressure release and or some type of pour spout on a "fuel" bottle. Otherwise no complaints so far.

Haven't had these long (bought 2) and have them side mounted. Mouth of bottle is started to shows signs of deterioration from gas on the paint. Suggest mounting upright when full.

It would be great with a funnel design or a sight line. It takes 1.5l to start my bike so I can't trust that amount.

I purchased this before a long motorcycle ride across a few states and back. There are many options out there for a reserve gas tank, but I thought this was the coolest. On my trip, it leaked like crazy and got all over my clean clothes in my saddlebags. I spent the first night of my vacation washing clothes to get the gas smell out of them. I ensured the lid was as tight as possible but still leaked even just riding around town and, of course, leaked on the way back. This was a waste of money as now I can't use it because it just leaks gas everywhere. In addition, the paint or black coating comes off very easily. The basic vibration from my bike caused the black to rub off against anything it was touching. I'm really disappointed in the quality and performance.

lid threads in aluminum bottle were stripped maybe bad one or maybe the tap being used bad lid was Loose fit in Poor threads

Usage: Off Road/Overland Dirt BikingFolks and reviewers, I found nothing wrong with this bottle and it does what it is made for. Please use common sense when using and storing this. Upright position is key when storing.Heat will make the fuel/vapors expand - so don't fill it to the very top, this allows room for expansion.Also, these vent a bit and if you store them inside a pannier with, food cloths, water etc, don't blame the product...also, always make sure you haven't cross threaded the cap.I gave this 4 stars as it is not quite on par with my MSR bottle. The paint is a bit wearing off but I ride off-road so dust and sand wear it off. It does work as well as my MSR bottle and I like the PBR logo.
