Great Desk- stand up and feel better
I got this desk for Christmas to use at work. I have a computer job and sit all day. I was starting to have problems with my back, neck and hips. Now I can stand and work at my desk and it is so easy to move it up and down. You just squeeze the handles and pull up or push down. It is very heavy and sturdy. It's comes together out of the box. My husband had to bring it to work for me because I could not lift it. I compared this to the Varidesk which was a lot more money. The cheapest one on their website was around $350 not including tax and S&H. This desk was $225 and is everything I wanted. I can fit my large monitor and my laptop docking station on the top of it and still have room in the front of it to work. The keyboard and mouse fit nicely on the lower shelf. I bought a cushion mat like you put in front of your sink to stand on because our floor at work is concrete under the industrial carpet. That helps with standing so my feet don't get tired. I also have sneakers to slip on if I want. I alternate between standing and sitting during the day and I have to admit I feel so much better. Everyone at work came to see it and they want one too. I recommend this to anyone that has to sit all day. I have no complaints about the product at all.

WORST PRODUCT EVER!!!!!!
Might we the worst made product on Amazon. I think Ikea makes things that last longer. If I could give a 1 star review I would, that is about as many screws as this product has in it. When I opened the box there were 2 screws loose in the box, never a good sign. I then replaced those screws and found 5 more loose screws in this product. Then I spend 10 minutes clearing my desk, setting up the product and just as I get the thing in place on my desk, the keyboard tray falls out. It was barely held into the poor condition particle board and the screws are super short. There is no way this would have lasted any period of time.

Damaged Product
I cannot give more than 2 stars because the product arrived damaged. The keyboard stand came ripped off from the desk stand and missing 1 screw. I had to put silicone and re-attach the screws. Also, the top right of the the desk came in cracked and the box was damaged. It will cost me more to return the product than to keep it.

Great for 18 months, then fell apart
I've had this for 18 months and was happy with it. It does not glide up and down as smoothly as the Varidesk; it takes considerable more effort, but it was workable. I liked that the keyboard tray was lower than the rest of the desk. One negative is that it has totally scratched up the wood desk that it sits on top of.I was using this desk in the standing position yesterday and the entire keyboard tray came crashing down onto me; it was secured with 4 screws into what appeared to be corkboard. It doesn't look like there is any hope to reattach it. Guess I will be making do without the keyboard tray.

High quality and cost effectrive.
Really like this adjustable desk. It is heavy duty, well-made. I have no worry about it tipping or the monitor falling off while i move the platform up or down. The previous review talked about the desk being damaged when it arrived. I had better luck nothing damaged or missing. Assembly was easy install the counter weights and push in two end caps. I go back and forth from sitting to standing 4 or 5 times a day. Raising the platform takes some effort but is relatively easy. Going back down is a breeze. My only issue is that the keyboard tray needs to be about 3 inches wider. I did buy a smaller keyboard so I had more room for the mouse. If you don't have a boss that is buying you an adjustable desk then i recommend giving this one serious consideration. After about 3 weeks of use I am glad I bought it and feel it is money well spent.

I absolutely love it and it has made my work days more productive.
This is one of the best investments I made. I'm a front-end developer and I sit...all...day...long. Like most who work in an office setting, my back, legs, and neck gets sore. I found myself taking multiple bathroom trips throughout the day just to stretch and stand up. I decided to research the benenfits of standup desk and decided I needed one. This desk is great quality for the price. With little assembly (just tightening a few screws) it was ready to go. Now, I can stand at my desk whenever I want and I'm feeling better every day by standing for 30 minutes every two hours, or whenever I feel the urge to get up.The desk fits dual monitors, a mouse, and keyboard. By lifting up on the handles, the desk rises. I'm a tall person and the desks top adjustment setting is perfect for me. It can adjust to the average person's height and those shorter as well. It's perfect for anyone.I absolutely love it and it has made my work days more productive.

Keyboard tray is "NOT" secured to the metal frame like it looks - rather it is secured to the fiberboard. Only held by some "tiny" screws at that, which do not support much weight. An accidental lean, (or in our case a 2-year old playing with Lego's), will snap this off easily. It's gone through some repair (Loctite the tray, and off-set the screws to bite back into the fiberboard) - and even then, it broke again a few weeks later.Very disappointed in the assembly. All they had to do was integrate the keyboard tray into the metal frame (Heck even a tack weld) would have made this product better. May try and find someone to weld this, otherwise it's going to the landfill. Anyways, see for yourself with the pictures. Hope this informs your decision.

Keyboard broken upon arrival
The design seems good and it appeared to be packaged well until it was opened. The keyboard that was attached ripped off during transportation.
