Great value...Much better than many products I have paid 3-4 times the price for! I agree with the previous review in that it does have a 'New Tire" smell, but it's a knee brace and luckily my nose is not near my knee very often!UPDATE... The neoprene tore in two separate places within a week and is now useless.

Excellent medium pressure sleeve ... I like the perforation design
I wear knee sleeves 24/7 in various combinations, The discriminator for me in a single medium pressure neoprene sleeve is unnoticeable behind the knee chaffing. I go through a couple of neoprene compression sleeves a year. This are quite comfortable. The airflow with the perforation design is appreciated.

Good quality but sizing was an issue.
Size description notes as "Free Size, Suitable for knee circumference 34 -42cm" (13.5" - 16.5"). Here's my actual measurements, taken w/ the item laid flat: the top is 7.5" wide, mid-point is 7", while the bottom is at 6". Average thickness of 4mm measured w/ a caliper.My knee measured just a tad over 14" and this felt barely snug with no compression at all. I didn't feel any support and it slid after bending my knee just once. IMHO, maybe best if your knee measures at least 15".Quality wise, it looks very well-made for the price. Even-stitching all over w/ no extra thread-ends hanging loose. There's a bit of a"new tire" smell to it. On the plastic wrap, is a small sticker w/ chinese inscriptions and an "XL" written which I safely assume is the size label. I wish they offered a smaller option. Amazon didn't charge for the return postage.

not worth the money
these knee pads were a disappointment all the way around. There was no extra padding on the knee area and they tore out within a couple of uses. Not worth the money and so sorry I choose them. The only good thing I can say about these knee pads is that they have a really cool name tag. Otherwise they are really crappy
