There is a difference in the threaded screw that leaves a small gap compared to other brushless kits. But this thing really works great with arduino uno and nano.

I love the quality of this kit and the ease of having it in a convenient package. I have used this kit twice now and will buy it again in the future for other builds

Packaging is lacking like others mention, just a ziplock bag, but everything works as intended. Just buy it. If you’re new to RC, also buy more of these props, “6x3.5 brushless motor prop” or something like that and get the same orange ones with the little black fittings. Get a 10 pack. It’ll take a few breaks to learn to fly.

TLDR: Petty engineering needs an equally petty review. Looks cool, might suck. Looks like they fixed the shaft seating issue in the other review. It goes all the way down to the motor. Propeller shaft grip strength is weak on the motor shaft. Mine came in a reused plastic bag that reminded me of the low level weed sellers. You can see it had a different life before my purchase. No strong ordor that comes from some of the chinese electronics parts, huge plus. Horrible deburring job, requires disassembly and inspection before I use it. Don't care if "its cheap", some stuff need to be done. The motor bracket IS rotationally keyed although it looks like it will go on either orientation. The screws won't line up, so rotate the bracket 90° to attach the bracket. The ESC->motor wires are all blue, motor->ESC wires BLK/YEL/RED. This can be confusing for someone new. A 3x5" card with general warnings and instructions will be a massive addition to this kit. Listing says it is progammable but you'll have to figure how to on your own. Even the bootleg Arduino board listings have a link to generic instructions somewhere on the internet. Just gave the rest a quick glance over without taking them out their plastic bags. Wanted to try it out with something real quick. Since I had to peck at a keyboard and do some real research, I made this review as well. Wouldn't have been as critical if I didn't have to chance frying the ESC or motor and having to BUY AND WAIT on another. Would be more critical but I didn't put power thru it and shake it down.

Nice kit, but 1 servo and 1 prop missing. The included prop apeared to be used.
