Where are these made?

China, as usual. Brava, by Coloplast, also makes a version of this product that is thicker and may not be made in China. Coloplast products tend to be made in Europe.

Can these be used on knee while running? Can they be in place while doing athletic activities?

I don’t think this will work on knees or hold through sweat generated by athletic activities.

How strong is the adhesive on this bandage? Need it to stay absolutely but not pull off my skin. Can it?

This did a pretty good job for me. I used it around a prolapsed ostomy, using it to make a new “skin” barrier to attach an ostomy bag to. I then used other adhesive products to make sure that didn’t have issues. When I removed this get-up, it all came off my skin without problems. Hope this helps.
