This 16-In-1 Charging Tower seems a well made & mostly well thought out unit.It arrives in a nice branded retail packaging with plenty of information on the outside, including the product specifications & contact details for both the manufacturer & the UK importer. Something that's usually hidden away somewhere, so that inspires a bit of confidence. Its also carries the UKCA mark [UK Conformity Assessed marking is a certification mark that indicates conformity with the applicable requirements for products sold within Great Britain] & CE mark which again inspire a bit of confidence.The Power Tower has 12 x AC power outlets [UK 3-pin] & 4 x USB-A ports. The AC power sockets are spread 3 per side on the tower unit. They are quite close together so although using standard UK plugs side by side shouldn't be a problem if you mix some of the larger power brick styles in there you may not have the space for some of the sockets to be used. One thing I don't like is that rather than all the plugs face the same direction is that on two of the 90° corners the wires that would come from the sockets will run into each other, okay on thin cables but on good heavy duty cables they could run into each other.On each AC outlet the corresponding "pin" hole has what type of outlet socket it is marked, [Earth, neutral or live].On the top of the tower there is a solitary On/Off switch that controls all 16 outlets. The 4 x USB-A outlets are built into one face of the base of the unit.On the opposite side of the base unit from the USB-A outlets is the power cable. Its a chunky one with big 1.5㎟ copper cables running through its 3m/10' long length down to a sealed unit fused plugOn the bottom of the base unit there are four rubber feet to help it stay stable on smooth or carpeted surfaces.Also built in is a reset-able surge protector that has passed UKCA, RoHS certification. The power strip's housing is made of ABS + PC fireproof material and can withstand temperatures up to 1382°F (750°C) to provide safe and reliable power for home electronic equipment.Some reviewers found the unit heavy? I actually worried it was a bit light, I like a heavier unit, especially if it carries multiple sockets. This power extension is so useful for my living room! The tower shape takes fewer spaces and more plugs, it faces 3 directions, so I don't need to worry about folding my cable too much and destroy the connection. Even some of my friends come for a party they don't need to worry about charging their phone. A USB cable will the only thing required. The cable is long enough for living room use, and it is convenient to move it around on the table. I also love the colour, simple but fit in any decorations. I won't carry it for travel, but it is an adorable product for home use. It is a highly recommended power extension product.

The media could not be loaded.  Extension leads are a nightmare in my house, they seem to move and disappear on their own and recently I couldn't find one when I needed one.I needed some more and came across this one on Amazon. I love the white colour and the fact the cables are also white, It's great that it has such a large capacity being able to support up to 3250W.The price is fair and reasonable, it looks great and so far very happy with the purchase.

The media could not be loaded.  We are very pleased with this compact extension lead.Love this. The shape is genius as it doesn’t take up loads of room. USB sockets and several 3 pin plugs, there’s also a switch on the adaptor so it can be turned off without reaching back to the socket.Small, tidy, unobtrusive, does what you need it to do.Nice sturdy socket with decent amount of cable.

I don't know about you but when I have my desktop computer and laser printer, and inkjet printer, and lamp, and shredder, and other various electronic devices all wanting power and only one wall socket, what do you do? This surge protected gang socket is just the ticket with 8 power outlets and 4 usb sockets. It has a small footprint and appears to be very well made. It's definitely worth considering if you're on the lookout for a safe way to plug in several devices without having to constantly unplug something else. Also, as so many devices are now recharged via usb, having this facility is also a real bonus!

I have tried the gadget for a week. And it's good for the purpose. I actually didn't know such thing existing before I searched Amazon for an extension lead with USB ports. Once I came across it, I couldn't help to giving it a try. It is good to save the space as well as the mess when working at home with all kinds of power cables. I have a much cleaner desk now, thanks to this tower extension lead. I haven't tried to use all the plugs, so can't comment that yet.

I have been using for a while. So far I am pretty happy with this one. you got 8 UK plunge and four USB. It is definitely enough for a home office. I love it as I have two screens , a little fan, a desk lamp, phone charger, ipad charger.. smart watcher cable... And they all fit in one plung!!! Really happy

Bought 8 months ago and was well pleased with it. However, I recently bought a mains powered Bluetooth speaker and when I plugged it into this, I saw a white flash and it tripped my electrics. Upon flicking the electrics back on I discovered that this extension lead was now dead.I can only assume that my new speaker was too much in terms of voltage. I had USB chargers, a PS4 and a TV plugged into it. The instructions say that if it is overloaded, it will shut off to protect the electrical devices. It says when this happens to press the red button on the bottom to reset it. I’ve tried this though (with nothing else plugged into it) and nothing happens. It’s dead as a dodo.So it was good while it lasted, but I would be very wary using it with anything more powerful than USB chargers.
