I’ve been using it to experiment with different drinks, and my new favorite is a Yuzu Gin Fizz. Here’s my go-to recipe: Yuzu Gin Fizz Recipe: Ingredients: 2 oz gin 1 oz yuzu juice (I used Shirakiku Yuzu Extract) 1/2 oz simple syrup Club soda Ice Lemon peel or yuzu slice for garnish Instructions: Fill a shaker with ice. Add the gin, yuzu juice, and simple syrup to the shaker. Shake well until chilled. Strain into a glass filled with ice. Top with club soda and garnish with a lemon peel or yuzu slice for an extra citrus kick. This cocktail is so refreshing and perfect for any occasion, whether you’re entertaining or just want to enjoy a delicious drink at home. Originally bought as a gift, it didn't quite make it in time so we kept it. It's so yummy, and it's been fun trying to see where we can use it. It was a much large bottle than expected, so we have plenty to work with still.

Lovely citrus-y addition to dishes

Ever since I went to Japan I became addicted to Yuzu. I love the freshness of a drink on a hot day, or the deliciousness in a pastry. This brand did not disappoint at all. It's the closest I can get to being back in Japan. I made yuzu cake, and it is delicious!!!

The product was delivered fast and on time. I haven't used it yet but it was carefully packaged and sealed properly. I did open it to smell the extract and it has a lovely and high quality aromatic scent. I'm excited to bake with this extract and will come back to give a full rating after I use it.

This is what they use in restaurant. U mix it to make some yuzu infused dressing. U can put a little in your cocktail recipe to make a sour tangy but Yuzu aroma. just dont put too much

Buenisimo para mezclar con agua natural o mineral

This brand of Yuzu juice has a slightly milder taste vs. other brands, and noticeably less sour, but still have that strong distinct yuzu fruit taste. It's excellent regardless for making drinks (which is my typical use a majority of the time). But I find other brands with more intense sour taste are better for cooking or for salad dressing. FYI: this bottle has a best-before date of October, 2025.
