Does this offer good bra support and lift or is it just padding?

Not much support and absolutely no lift. I felt like I was showing too much on the sides as well.

This suit looks like it might be challenging to put on and take off - especially when wet. Is that a problem?

Actually, this suit was much easier to pull up than any of my Speedo's or TYR's. Maybe had to do with material it is made of . It was also a great fit. Very comfortable and much less expensive than any of my other suits that I purchase.
