Too dark for my red hair - It's dark brown!
"Auburn" is VERY brown. I can use this for a dramatic look, occasionally, but I'm disappointed in the color. This product contains parabens. I'm not allergic to parabens, and I don't know who to believe as to their their actual safety, but Elizabeth Mott goes out of their way to say "paraben-free" on many of their products. This caused me to assume that ALL their products are paraben-free. Claiming "paraben free" on some products, seems a bit deceptive; because the ingredients lists for Elizabeth Mott products that do contain parabens aren't available here on Amazon. I understand that parabens are the most effective preservative for many cosmetic formulations, and if this was actually "auburn" I would continue to purchase it and use it. In this review I added the info about parabens in case others assume that "cruelty free" means that parabens or other possible allergens are not included in formulations. Also, some people avoid parabens as much as possible, so they should know that one of the preservatives in this product is Methylparaben. (Chlorphenesin is the other preservative.)Ingredients:Water, Glycerin, Propylene Glycol, Titanium Dioxide, Iron Oxide, Polyacrylamide, PVP, C13-14 Isoparaffin, Phenoxyethanol, Magnesium Aluminum Silicate, Methylparaben, Chlorphenesin, Allantoin, Panthenol, Laureth-7, Butylene Glycol, Disodium EDTA, Glyceryl Acrylate/Acrylic Acid Copolymer, Sodium Hyaluronate, Ethylhexylglycerin, Rosa Centifolia Flower Water

Perfect for Auburn Hair! FINALLY!
I've been on the hunt for an eyebrow product and have purchased several recently. I've always used pomade/powder or a pencil. I'm 39 and my eyebrows are going gray--not my hair, but my eyebrows. I've had them tinted but I still had to fill in as they're sparse in places. I've got auburn red hair so while my brows are essentially brown, most browns are too dark. My favorite brow pencil is by Tarte and they have a product like this one, but I'm tapped on spending money. The auburn color looked to be the right shade in the photo, it had insanely great reviews and it was very similar to the Tarte product I wanted to try. I've used it for 3 days now and I can honestly say, I don't know how the Tarte product could be any better. It takes some getting used to as far as applying (I've never used a gel) but it is easy to figure out--just be light handed. I thought it might make my brows stiff but it doesn't...it leaves a very natural feel. My favorite part is that it seems to "coat" those gray hairs--so it literally looks just like when I have my brows tinted, only I don't have to spend $20/month. Several reviewers have said this is a dupe for the Anastasia BH that everyone raves about, but I've never used that product so I can't speak to that point. But for the price, you can't beat it. The auburn looks like a lighter shade of brown with a slight on the wand straight out of the tube but is the perfect shade on. It's a very natural look that's perfect for every day. And it's quick to apply--I do my brows on "no make-up" days, which usually means I'm short on time, and it takes me half the time to apply this vs my old brow routine. I'm completely sold.

Doesn't Fill in Bald Areas, Auburn is not a warm tone at all
The Auburn color was not auburn at all. It was at best a medium blonde color, and not a warm tone, and so I'm returning it.I usually use Wunderbrow's Auburn, and was looking for a cheaper product, as the Wunderbrow tube has to be replaced at least once a month because it eventually gets too thick to apply properly. However, the Wunderbrow goes on much better than Queen of the Fill, and does actually draw in the appearance of realistic hairs where you have none at all. Despite the reviews and description of how it works, Queen of the Fill is unable to do that at all.I will have to continue to purchase the Wunderbrow every month, because there is nothing out there that can do what it does. It's just expensive replacing it so frequently.

Decent color deposit on skin, but dry product
I bought the Auburn shade. The color is more of a deep, reddish brown, not bad, but someone with dark brown hair could use this color and not look disconnected. The brush applicator is my favorite part about this product. It is the perfect shape and size, a lot like Benefit's Gimme Brow. The product is rather dry straight out of the tube. I got my delivery, opened the sealed package, and went straight to the mirror to apply. So, in other words, I didn't leave this laying around for months on my own. The color lays down nicely on my skin, but I do not notice any color coating my actual brow hairs, which is really where I desire the color. For the price, I would not buy this again.

Perfect!
Just what I have been waiting for-a brow tint that works and gives extra. This product is perfect--it fills, covers, and colors to give the most natural looking brows that are full, dark and thick--no pencil/drawn lines needed. I cannot tell that they are the result of a product-they look that natural up close and from a distance. The brush separates and glides perfectly over the brows.
