Work much better then my old one did. I'm glad I misplaced it. Used it for my au gratin potatoes. It was fast and efficient. Didn't worry about shearing my knuckles in the process.

I used this to slice zucchini chips and made french fries. it works great and the slices were even. I have an older mandoline that cost a lot more and it's going in the trash after using this.

This product is not useful for me. It will not perform slicing items that are slimmer than a potato or cucumber. I want to julienne zucchini and carrots but have failed in many attempts to do this because the way the vegetable holder is designed. I am a long-time user of a mandolin, so I know what I'm doing. I kept this product beyond the Amazon return window of 30 days. I watched videos and kept trying but now I am giving up and want my money back. I understand Amazon's refusal to refund I know I am beyon 30 days. The issue that really bothers me is that on the product description there is the following statement: "WELTONHM Customer Service】We WELTONHM strive to make our customers' cooking life easier, better, and more enjoyable in all that we do. If you are unhappy with your mandolin food slicer for any reason, we will replace or refund your order. Also, please reach out, we would like to help you with any questions about our veggie slicer." I have tried in vain to find Customer Service for this Weltonhm. No such luck on the internet. I finally contacted Amazon and received an email for this company. What a hassle for a useless product. They seem to be a large company with lots of cooking products on Amazon but they don't support their Customer Service Statement. Very disappointed. Will never buy a product from Weltonhm.

This slicer works great. Blade is very sharp. Easy to use, Easy to take apart and clean.

The super slicer seems to be excellent but I didn't get the free gloves.. although it doesn't matter much but if you promise something free then give it.. yet to use the product (I'll use it today) but I can tell by just looking at it that its an awesome mandoline slicer..

The quality is very good and blades sharp and easy to select.. it is a bonus that they come with cut resistant gloves
