My experience was horrible. First it was splashing hot boiling water everywhere with the lid on. And after all of this, the rice is completely burnt. Completely unusable product.

I returned and refunded as the rice cooker doesn.t work the power shut off in the middle of my cooking. Am not happy the cord also short and i need to buy another extension and doesnt t fit here in UAE.

Product stopped working after 2 days. Bad product quality. Further they don't bother to refund or replace it. Ive been chasing Amazon and seller in vain.

Rice cooks beautifully and doesn't stick to the stainless steel pot! I cooked organic white rice. Removed from the pot when it stopped cooking. This is the first time, for me, that rice didn't stick to the pot (I've used other rice cookers that were terrible and mostly stovetop...rice was sticky in both with the pots eating a good portion). I am amazed...enough to upload pictures which I never do. Rice is fluffy and tastes better than cooking on stovetop. I did use the amount of water recommended by the rice cooker, and not what was on the rice package (about double the water recommended on rice package). Cooked 2.5 cups of (dried) rice, I think 3 cups would overfill the cooker. The rice cooker "clicked" a few times and I thought it was done cooking, but when I checked the button was still lit on cooking. It switched to "warm" when the rice was done. Nothing stuck. Nothing burnt. I'm about to be eating a whole lot more rice! Clean up is easy. No marks on bottom of stainless steel pot from burner in unit. Easy to operate out of the box. The measuring cup included doesn't measure a full cup...only 3/4 full...that could be improved for those that don't love fractions (lucky for me I was able to work it LOL). Overall: Love it! Rest of the family are about to get one of their own. Price is very reasonable and more than pays for itself.

Advertised as based in UK but this product is not compatible with Uk voltage. I received a full refund.

¡Me encanta! Puedo cocinar arroz fácilmente y sin tener que estar al pendiente de la estufa. Se mantiene caliente, listo para cuando necesito comerlo. También la he usado para recalentar el arroz de un día antes. En ese caso, sí se pega un poco, pero la gran ventaja es que el depósito es de acero inoxidable y puedo lavarlo con una fibra para quitar residuos de arroz. La compré precisamente porque es la única opción que no trae teflón. Me gusta saber que no estoy comiendo plástico con mi arroz. La recomiendo mucho.
