This workhorse pan is worth every cent. Heavy, so it won't tip or let your sauces burn. Flat bottomed, so it works well on a glass cooktop. A handle that stays cool. Best of all, two spouts that pour so precisely I can use it to make my morning pour-over. You're paying for a great pan, not a top you don't need. You have tops that will work.

I've had this little pan for 3 years now, and it's my absolute favorite pan to use. It is sturdy and heats evenly. It feels well balanced and I feel like a real chef when using it. It's easy to clean. We've washed it in the dishwasher a million times and it looks the same today as it did when we first purchased it. It's worth more than what its price reflects. I just wish it had a lid!
