The most recent order I noticed the butter wasn't smooth or creamy as it had been before. The butter color looked differently immediately after opening the plastic container box. It took lots of time to get the beaded lumps out of the butter. I had to melt all the way down into a liquid (placed in the hot sun) and then allowed to coalesce. Not sure if this quality is on par as the previous.
