This collagen product has help with my joints. Not as much as I would have liked. However, I would have written a better review had they not pushed for a review so quickly. You need a month worth of doses to be able to tell if the product how effective it works.

Easy to use, no taste and can be used in any drink. I use mine in my protein shake. Works. Nails and hair much stronger.

Have only been taking so far one month. This is my second month on this collagen. So far I can’t see/feel a change. Hope I will soon. I usually give three months on a new product to see if I feel different.
