I have since changed my review because the fact that they took it upon themselves to offer the replacement then follow through with it really shows integrity, and that they support the quality of their products. So far the light is working properly. I reiterate, I really loved the first light and was bummed when it stopped working. It is super cost efficient for such a strong light - strong enough for several plants. I will include a picture of how I had the original one set up to give an idea of how many plants you can use it for. Keep in mind, I used that light without the one that you will see on the ceiling. After only 7 months of owning the light, it has completely stopped working properly. About a week ago, it randomly started shutting off on its own. I thought it might be just that the timer had stopped working, so I tried using it without the timer. Although this was super inconvenient (and the timer being one of the main reasons I went with this light), it still worked until I turned it off. Now, it will turn on and only stay on for a very short time - maybe 5 minutes or so. I'm so disappointed because this was a pretty decent, strong light. I was even willing to look past the INCREDIBLY UNSTURDY nature of the stand. Now I basically have a tall paperweight and am out 40ish bucks. Definitely save yourself the headache months down the road and go with something different.

This is an awesome find, I am using it for seedlings and then will use it for my hydroponic tower. it is the perfect sizr for that. It is fairly small so if you want to cover a larger area you may need two or just a bigger light, but this one works great. lightweight, easy to use and setup, and built well. It can be used on the stand or you can hang it from the included hanger which makes it very versatile. Looks great as well.

The assembly was a breeze—took me less than 10 minutes to set up, with clear instructions and no need for any special tools.Once set up, the light provide adjustable level of brightness without overheating. I noticed significant improvement in growth within the first week, and new leaves started sprouting almost immediately (my Alocasia was dropping leaves due to low light before this). The adjustable height and angle are a great feature, allowing me to tailor the setup to different plant types. The timer function is very useful with a 3,6 and 12 hours setting. I will definitely buy another set for the rest of my plant during the fall and winter months.

I have had this lamp for a couple years. I use it on my seedlings every year and it’s great. It is great to have a grow lamp when you want to get a head start on slow growing plants like tomatoes and peppers early in the spring. This lamp does a great job compensating for indoor, low light environments before plants can be moved outdoors.The lamp is big and has a tall stand. I like the bendy head so it’s easy to adjust. Only downside is that if you have the tripod folded completely out, make sure you set one of the legs underneath the lamp head or it will fall over.

A year later, and I’m absolutely pleased. Would definitely recommend. I have mine outside on the porch, exposed to elements, and it is upkeeping nicely. Also very easy to set up. The timer and light quality are nice, I now use it as a porch light that comes on at 5pm, and turns off at 5am.

Like a few other reviewers, this grow light worked well for me initially, and then suddenly stopped working. I agree that it is a bit unsteady and does not seem very sturdy, but it did serve the purpose of providing light to our plants which we are keeping in the basement during the winter months. The timer function worked well, and I was initially satisfied with this purchase. About 2 months after I purchased it, it would not turn on. I first tried to locate a way to contact the seller/manufacturer in my purchase history, but the only links I can find on Amazon are to product support where it gives you troubleshooting suggestions, all of which did not work, but no way to contact the seller. Finally, I chatted with Amazon customer support and although the representative noted my item was outside of the return window, she credited me the purchase amount of the item "as an exception" with the amount added back to my Amazon gift card balance. The 2 star rating is for the product, as it should not have failed within 2 months of purchase. But big props to Amazon customer service for giving me a credit of the purchase price.I believe the issue was with the AC adaptor - because I did have one from another device which is the same 120 volts and tried it with the light and bingo - the light worked. So if you're having the same issue with your light, try the adaptor, that might be it.Feb 2025 update: Customer service reached out to me and offered to send me a new AC adaptor. I did receive the adaptor and I'm updating my review from 2 stars to 3. The adaptor should not have failed so quickly but the customer service is very good.

these are great lights !! they are super bright and my plants thrive ! please hold onto to the pamphlet they give you, it has the sellers email and they will be happy to help you with whatever’s going on with your lights ! I love how convenient it is to use these lights since they have a timer it comes in handy for someone with a busier lifestyle.
