Q: Can anyone on here who has owned this seat cushion for several months/more than a year comment on how it holds up after time?

Ive had mine since 2017 and am buying a new one purely because they are only $20 and I'm sure I could benefit from an update. Even now though, it is still a significant improvement over a regular seat cushion and I highly recommend something like this.

Q: Is this indeed made out of memory foam? Listing title says memory foam, but description says, "orthopedic foam" and "comfort foam".

This cushion is not composed of memory foam as I understand it; it's much thinner, so it's probably comfort foam (whatever that is) but it worked well for a sciatica problem and apparently does the same for coccyx injuries. Good luck.

Q: Can you use this cushion in the driver's seat to increase vision or is it too soft?

Mike: this cushion is not soft at all. My review gave it 5 stars for it design and function. Actually, you may even be too high in a car. I did use it in our SUV while driving up north(650 miles) and I had no back problems at all and it did fit the car well(driver's seat is a power seat so I could move it down a little). All in all, it's a great cushion.

Q: I need this for height in my car (i'm short) can you tell me the dimensions please?

I got this for two reason, one being I am short too and need height at my office chair. This works great. It's approx 12 x 18 x 2.75
