I'd been looking for something between soft/hard because after surgery I developed bed sores. I needed something to sit on. This pillow is too big for a chair but it works on my couch, which is where I work from anyway. I can use it as a body pillow, back support, and a seat cushion. The additional filling that comes with makes a nice head pillow. I'd purchased 3 pillows before this one. Wish I'd known!!

The pillow is sturdy and bigger than a normal pillow. It is great to ease backpain. You can use it very comfortably to watch TV or to work from home on your laptop. The pillow is also perfect to take a midday nap!

This is the perfect pillow though on a hilarious side note I would keep it away from your pets water because the pillow will obsorb all liquids it is in contact with how ever it is fairly quick to dry. The hybrid fill technology is great it allows you to choose how firm or soft you want you pillow and I love the cooling the pillow has built in. Over all this has been the best pillow I’ve ever owned

I wish all pillows have a zipper like this. It's really nice to be able to remove stuffings to make it lower to just the right amount. I have so much extra stuffing that I can practically make a second pillow. lol.I used some of it for my seat cushion, but I'm sure the rest will be useful some day.Have to fluff it up by hand before each night of sleep, since they don't bounce back (at least during the winter? i haven't used it in summer yet.)The pillow is also extra wide, so it didn't fit into any of my pillow cases, even after I reduced the size. Technically it came with its own pillow case, but it's white, so will probably stain easily, hence i used extra pillow case even if it didn't cover it completely. :DOverall i'm glad I picked this instead of the hotel pillows that also had a sale so I could've got a 2-pack of those for one of this... but the versatility is very much worth it.

Really comfortable, and it was great to be able to add just the right amount of stuffing.Out of the box, though, this pillow stinks -- it has a very strong chemical smell that's unbearable. I just opened it today so I'm hoping that will go away. It seems like a great pillow and an excellent value but the smell, if it persists, will make it unusable.

This pillow has helped me tremendously. It minimizes pain in my back and neck that I’ve dealt with after a car collision. It’s worth every penny!

I do currently use this pillow after taking a lot of the extra foam out of it to sleep on my back. I tried side sleeping and just couldn't seem to get the right height but with patience you may be able to find the perfect height. This is bigger pieces of foam than I am use to inside of the pillow but so far this is my "go to" pillow when I need to work out a kink in my neck.
