The quality of the fabric and elastic on these athletic supporters is great. They are extremely comfortable and do the job they are intended for. Love them

You need this. Trust me. The three pack, yep get used to it for a week or so. Take care of the boys. I wear a 36-38 waist got a size M. I’d say your safe to assume sizing is accurate. Found that on their website. They should include that here.
