Review: This is an incredible value for small home gym setups. For the price you pay you receive a great kit made of high quality and sturdy materials. It has greatly enhanced the number of exercises I am able to perform when I am home away from the gym. I’ve regularly had 200lbs+ on the cables with no issues with the cabling, pulleys or straps and use the system 3-4 days a week. It’s not 100% perfect, (The lat pull down bar is a little small and required some diy drilling to put together straight, and the cable lengths may not be ideal depending on your particular setup), but for what it is, I can honestly say it is WELL worth the small investment for anyone who is of above average seriousness about their training. Just be sure to use it safely and responsibly: Go very slow and light at first until you get used to the feel of a free swinging pulley system. Personally, one of my best purchases on desertcart.
