Master Class Shallow Casserole Dish with Lid 4 Litre/28 cm, Lightweight Cast Aluminium, Induction Hob and Oven Safe, Blue

We have many oven-safe items by MasterClass which are amazing in quality but not this one. I assume it is fake, I mean it. Issues are: 1- some of the sizes are inaccurate, for instance inner diameter, 2- after only one use in oven at 220 Celsius (making bread), the coding on the outer sides of the item have faded at a number of places. You can see the aluminum is emerging from behind. 3- Teflon coding inside is astonishing very very abrasive. I wouldn't feel safe AT ALL to use this thing for any dishes whatsoever. - Called Amazon and expressed my discontent. The agent was not interested in my reasoning. He said as long as you don't like it, we would accept the return. I insisted he should listen to my reasons so that the seller (Amazon UK in this case) would know the issues and take appropriate actions. So I said to him what I said to you here. Save yourself the hassle and stay away form this. If this review allowed me to attach a pic, I would, which did not as later I found out. Cheers

Mooie degelijke pan

Love these, have bought one for myself and grown up children. They are light unlike cast iron which is so heavy. Just use it for everything these days. Also just the right depth to make pies etc.

La pentola è bella e costruita bene. Peccato che il produttore non la confezioni per proteggere il prodotto dagli urti ma si limiti a mettere la pentola da 40 euro in un semplice sacchetto di plastica chiuso con lo scotch e che Amazon poi mette in una scatola poco robusta, senza protezione. Consegnata da Bartolini in condizioni vergognose: i manici erano fuori dalla scatola. Spero che gli urti che ha preso di certo non danneggino il rivestimento in 3 usi! Conoscevo già il prodotto ed è ottimo per cucinare e pratico perché leggero.

Much bigger than I expected but I love it! Lightweight so easy to handle and clean, even in a sink that is barely larger than the pot. Very easy to keep clean, and I made pretty decent meals. Very easy to brown all sorts of foods but, yet nothing stuck to the bottom. Love the blue colour. Great value. I pretty much use it for all my cooking now. I haven’t use it in the oven yet
