These are just what I wanted for riding my Harley. They give good ankle support while not being too high and are water proof too. I had purchased a 7 inch boot and found that it was uncomfortable, way too high over my ankle.

This is my second purchase of these boots. I wear them in the rain/snow. The traction is great with minimal to no slipping in rain or snow. I have no issues with wet feet - so the waterproof feature is good. I have very wide (4E) feet and these fit me perfect. My only complaint is the sole is a little too cushy for a boot so I break them down too fast due to my extreme supination. It's tough to find a quality boot at a decent price point for wide feet, so I'm sticking with these. But truly, I'd love a boot with a firmer sole that didn't give so much..

Good treads; been wearing my boots 1 full week. Padded tongue, cushioned soles. No break in period required.I did go up a half size only because I wear compression socks underneath padded socks. With additional socks, still no blisters.If you can find your size, I’d recommend these boots, especially for hilly, uneven, or rocky terrain.

I was not expecting top quality and foot/ankle support at this price and that's basically what you're going to get. They work fine as basic work boots around the yard but I would not suggest using these for any technical hiking or similar use. I'd also recommend getting additional arch support as the foot base is very flat. But they fit the bill for what I needed them for so I'm satisfied.

I returned first set tool big. I usually wear a 9 but needed an 8.i love them. Great fir, comfy I did install gell supports but comfy without. Great overall support, nice looking, water proof. Will b getting another pair. Plus hard to find color of my IOWA Hawkeyes.. Black n gold.
