Good product
I purchased this roving wool to make dreadlocks. It was shipped to me in a plastic bag labeled Kondoos. When first pulling the product out I noticed right away that it was not as soft of a texture like others that I have used. While processing dreadlocks, it needs to be dipped in water, after doing so the whole pot of water was green. The color did not seem to lighten though as you can see in the picture. It pulled apart good and formed nice dreadlocks. I also wrapped them up to make them have some curl and it has stayed that way since being made. Definitely a good product for the price. I would recommend for any use.

Worked perfectly for my cotton candy wig!
I bought two packages which was way more than I needed for a 2 ft tall cotton candy inspired wig. It really does look like cotton candy! It was very easy to work with and exactly the color I was hoping for.

Great to felt soap
I use this to felt my handmade cold process soaps. It works great. The soaps came out amazing. I like it so much I purchased this wool in a few different colors so I could felt the soaps in neutral base colors and then do the designs. It is a good amount you get, I have done a LOT of bars, and I still have tons of wool left.

LOVE the color!
I fell in love with this wool and am so happy the color is true to online photos. Fuchsia baby Fuchsia! Absolutely gorgeous, vibrant and soft. Perfect for needle felting. And the amount you get is huge! 5 stars!

Not the best for needle felting
I bought this specifically because it was said to be the "best" for needle felting. It is soft, and the fibers are long which is lovely for wet felting but not best for needle felting. It requires a lot more needling to felt properly. I don't find Merino best for my needle felting...I love it for a sweater though! If Merino is what you want, this is a good amount for the price.UPDATE: After trying something suggested to me by a wet-felting artist, I want to update my review. I took a handful of this roving and spritzed it with warm water, patted it a bit to distribute the water and blotted it with a paper towel, and let it dry. As the fibers dried they became a bit less straight and it was easier to needle felt. Merino still may not be the best choice of fiber, but this really did help.

This is my go to brand
I love this wool for batt making. It’s incredibly smooth, very even staple length, and amazing color depth. Honestly it definitely seems too good to be true, and my only drawback would be that it’s so perfect it doesn’t seem like real wool. But is that a drawback? Not really. Haha. I sell blended batts and hand spin and this is the brand I buy for dyed wools. It’s just simply the best.

Colorfast
I got a empty package when first delivered but company quickly replaced with a double product to make right, which turns out is very sturdy well put together wool. Made half a head of dreads and never lost shape or color under several washings and sun exposure

Good, as ordered, but much larger quantity than realized
Color was as described, felts up well after some hand carding to tangle up the fibers. But I did not expect how much wool 8oz would be... I should have gotten more like 2 or 3oz for what I needed. So expect you're getting a lot!

Good quality for quantity
The wool is a decent quality for felting, it's not super soft, but works great for my projects. I also didn't expect to receive such a large quantity for the price. Overall very happy with this wool and underestimated how much 8 oz is
