It’s my 2nd month taking these & I really wanted something to help with my period side effects (awful cramps, flow,moods, etc) as well as some PCOS related symptoms. Honestly, these gummies are a miracle & worked instantly within minutes after taking. Whenever I feel any sort of pms /pcos discomfort, I reach for these and they save me. I’m writing this review because it’s worth 4-5 stars, truly. I know we all have different bodies and respond all differently but for me it’s a positive experience. I’ve tried a lot of things… and these do the trick for me!

Ok, so they taste good. It's annoying to open every individual gummy every night. Like why?!?! It's in a sealed bottle. 😩I bought these to see if they helped with hormonal acne as claimed. I saw no notable difference. *Ye shrug* I moved on to topical treatments from my derm.

I’ve been taking these for about two months. As someone how’s been struggling with hormonal acne for almost my whole life, these were my last shot before going in accutane again. And let me tell you they have helped immensely! I also have endometriosis and the pain is so much more manageable. I too questioned why they were all individually wrapped but then realized they’re quite sticky and would create a big mess if they weren’t. Packaging aside these work great and I highly recommend.

Wanted to try these to see if they work then stopped trying them for a month to see any difference and they help! Stop my acne bloating and stomachs issues. Definitely recommend if your hormones are out of balance

I had ordered these as Amazon was out of stock for Supple Bears brand pms gummies and although these supposedly have the same ingredients, these were almost ineffective for me. The flavor was really good and I like the texture (a bit more towards jello then gummy) , they just for whatever reason don't work for my biology sadly.

Not only did these not help with the pain of my daughters cramps, but she ended up being crazy allergic to them. She started breaking out with rashes, she was having headaches and intense dizzy spells. She took them for 2 weeks. Finally we realized the only thing different in her diet was these gummies and she stopped taking them. It’s been about 4 days now and all symptoms have cleared.

These tasted horrible. Gummies aren't supposed to be crunchy.

I bought this product on a whim and have had it 3 times now. I won't be buying any other product for my pms symptoms. It's definitely helped with my pain. I used to be rolling around in pain when it was time of the month but now its only the 1st day and after that it's pretty good.I recommend this product for sure!

Only on day 3 so can't say they have done much yet hoping they ease my endometriosis pain abit as nothing eles works as for the taste they are really nice just like eating a gummy sweet I will continue them and hope for the best

Too early to tell if it will help with Pmdd symptoms but first thoughts are WAY too much plastic!Does each gummy really need to be individually wrapped?Flavour is nice, hope they work.

I have just ordered my 7th tub (the 3 month supply) as they really do work. Very happy with this product. As a slight negative I do agree with another reviewer that there is so much plastic. Would be great if they could manufacture them so they don't have to do be individually wrapped as well. But they really work and have improved my quality of life around PMT time so I am grateful. Taste really nice too.
